PROTOTYPING​

At LAVAL we build prototype tooling, builds are usually completely in less than 6 weeks, so our customers are able to test and try a new design, to provide specifications for a real, working system rather than a theoretical one.

​

Typically the prototype is not for extended use. A limited number of parts can be made, but discussions and provisions can be made in order to maintain a certain short production run life from the prototype tool. Part requirements can be relayed to our design staff in advance in order to procure the life expectancy of the tool.

Together we can work on a prototype allowing our clients to obtain a less expensive way to get their idea to a 3 dimensional part.
