LAVAL has partnered with parts manufacturers to create moulds capable of producing light weight composite parts, using traditional materials and new materials such as carbon fiber, bio-composites and renewable polymers.

LAVAL is experienced in high pressure resin transfer compression

moulding systems to utilize many of these different materials. LAVAL

has continued to invested in new IR oven and Robot Technology in

areas of LFT to assist the Automotive OEM's to produce small run

prototype parts in our facility and direct ship to the assembly plants.
